On 24-December-2011, a Java virus was discovered on our website homepage (teen-moods.net). It is believed to have been placed on our site on 15-December-2011, nearly a week earlier. It went undetected/reported for over several days. It has since been removed and measures have and are still being taken to prevent the break-in that allowed this to happen.
We ask all regular visitors please ensure (these rules apply to computer security for any website):
Run a proactive Anti-virus which scans websites as you visit them and ensure it is up to date
And developing new measures to more quickly catch unauthorized changes such as this
We apologize for is unfortunately incident and any problems it may have caused our users. We have corrected the issue as of this time and are implementing new practices to prevent it in the future.
